Mixed Berry Maca Smoothie “Stay Healthy”
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups almond milk
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 6 dates
- 1 tsp. powdered maca root
- ½ cup of mixed berries
Preparation
- Place almond milk into the blender. Add pumpkin seeds, dates and maca root powder.
- Blend the mixture beginning with slow speed and increasing it to the highest. Pulse for 30 seconds.
- Add mixed berries and blend the mixture for half a minute.
