Avocado and Raspberry Smoothie “Yummy Mommy”
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp. powdered maca root
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 banana
- 8 dates
- 1 ½ cup of soy milk.
- 1 tsp. vanilla (optionally)
Preparation
- Put banana into the freezer in plastic bag until it is frozen.
- It is advised to soak the dates for at least 30 minutes before blending, though this step is optional.
- Take out the banana from a freezer, and blend all products (soy milk, berries, dates, maca root, avocado) in the blender until it reaches a creamy, smooth texture.
