Creamy Broccoli Salad

Ingridients:

1lb (approx 450gr) of fresh broccoli

2 crushed garlic gloves

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp. of white vinegar

1 celery stick

1 cup of cooked rice noodles

1 tbsp. of olive oil

2 tbsp. of sliced almonds

2 tbsp. of sunflower seeds

½ cup of chopped onions

1 tbsp. of oriental mix spices

1 pack of fresh spinach

Preparation:

For the dressing mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, and spices. In a skillet heat olive oil and grill broccoli for 5 minutes on medium heat, add garlic, stirring frequently, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. In a large bowl combine rice noodles, spinach, broccoli, onion, sunflower seeds, almonds and mix it well with dressing.
