Mixed Berry Maca Smoothie “Stay Healthy”

 Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups almond milk
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 6 dates
  • 1 tsp. powdered maca root
  • ½ cup of mixed berries

 

Preparation

  1. Place almond milk into the blender. Add pumpkin seeds, dates and maca root powder.
  2. Blend the mixture beginning with slow speed and increasing it to the highest. Pulse for 30 seconds.
  3. Add mixed berries and blend the mixture for half a minute.
