Ingredients:
4 halibut steaks
2 tbsp. of butter
2 tsp. of soy sauce
2 tsp. of wine vinegar
2 tbsp. of brown sugar
1 cup of flour
Oregano spice mix
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation:
To prepare the barbecue sauce, place in a sauce pot brown sugar, butter, soy sauce, wine vinegar, and stir until all ingredients are completely dissolved. Set aside. Coat halibut steaks in flour and oregano, add salt and pepper to taste. In a separate skillet, grill fish steaks on medium heat with olive oil for 5 minutes on each side. Pour barbecue sauce over fish and let it soak up the sauce for another 5 minutes under the lead cooking on low heat. Serve it with rice or steamed vegies.
