Greek Yogurt With Oranges and Mint

Add oranges, honey, and mint to plain yogurt and you have yourself a healthy and delicious treat for under 200 calories.


  • tablespoons fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • large orange, peeled, quartered and sliced crosswise
  • fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced


  1. Stir together the yogurt and honey. Spoon yogurt mixture over the orange slices; scatter mint on top.
