Avocado and Raspberry Smoothie “Yummy Mommy”


  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp. powdered maca root
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 8 dates
  • 1 ½ cup of soy milk.
  • 1 tsp. vanilla (optionally)


  1. Put banana into the freezer in plastic bag until it is frozen.
  2. It is advised to soak the dates for at least 30 minutes before blending, though this step is optional.
  3. Take out the banana from a freezer, and blend all products (soy milk, berries, dates, maca root, avocado) in the blender until it reaches a creamy, smooth texture.
