Green Fettuccini «Sexy Mama»

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. (450 g) green fettuccini pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 lb. (450 g) chopped asparagus
  • 1/2 lb. (220) large shrimps, cleaned
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup of dry white wine
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup green pesto
  • 1 tsp. dried basilic
  • 1 tbsp. French herbs seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Preparation

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter and stir in the cream and salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the mixture, stirring constantly, for 7 to 10 minutes, and then add white wine, basilica and French seasoning.
  3. In a couple of minutes, add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until it’s mixed well.
  4. Stir in the pesto sauce and cook for three to five minutes, until the sauce is thickened.
  5. Place the shrimp and asparagus into the sauce and cook until shrimps are ready.
  6. Serve over hot fettuccini pasta.
